Not only has he been a Home Inspector since 2009, Joe has taught Building Science classes in the Chicagoland Area since 2010. His vision has now become Insight Building Performance Training, an online platform for building professionals. Eileen Konopacki

Vice president

Before her transition to civilian life and her position as Vice President of Insight Property Services, Eileen served for over three decades in the US Army. She is a Bronze Star recipient with three combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq respectively. Her extensive experience as a Logistician and Maintenance Manager makes her a vital part of Insight.

Tom Janczak

Lead Technician

Over 10 years of experience and has completed over 800 Home Inspections and over 100 Commercial Inspections. Tom’s background also includes general construction and HVAC experience.

David Brauer

Lead Technician

With a Bachelor in Architecture. Dave has been a licensed commercial inspector since 2010. Recently he has expanded his focus to homes. He also runs his own company and is our resident mold expert. Anne has been the happy voice on Insight’s phones since 2013. As the Office Manager, she schedules and confirms classes and inspections as well as knows where our inspectors are at any given moment. Anne is also a big part of the Lisle Community.
