Our Pre-Sale Walk-Through will walk the seller through the ins and outs of their home and help them put their best foot forward before listing.
WHAT DO WE LOOK AT?
Our whole-house approach isn’t just for Home Inspections. Although not as thorough, a pre-sale walk through will look at the home from the outside in, noting the roof, siding, electrical, checking the appliances, and more to help the seller properly prepare the house before listing.
HOW DOES THIS PREPARE MY HOME FOR LISTING?
A home is an investment. As more and more people hire Home Inspectors like us prior to purchasing a home, it is important to note any minor deficiencies in your home and fix them in order to maximize profits.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY OF THE CONTRACTOR SERVICES?
No, it would be a conflict of interest. We will note any deficiencies for you to fix prior to listing, and can provide you with a list of trusted contractors if you need recommendations.
HOW LONG DOES A PRE-SALE WALK-THROUGH LAST?
1-2 hours depending on the size of the home.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
$150 for the first hour, $100 for every hour after that.
CAN I LIST MY HOUSE AS-IS?
Of course you can, a Pre-Sale Walk-Through simply helps you prepare your house for listing to maximize your profit and have you be aware of any problems the buyer will note. It is not a Home Inspection and does not come with a report. Buyers will still conduct their own Home Inspections.
CAN WE DO CONDOS OR MULTI-UNIT BUILDINGS?
Yes, we can do both!
