Insight's Pre-Sale Walk-through will alert you to correct deficiencies or obtain quotes for failing systems before listing your home. WHAT DO WE LOOK AT?
Our whole-house approach will look at all the major systems and components, especially the roof, attic, exterior moisture control, electrical, heating/cooling systems, and more. The goal is to alert you to what the buyer's inspector will make issues of.

DO YOU PROVIDE A REPORT?
No, we provide you a copy of all pictures taken and review them with you, while you take notes. We explain what the issues are and recommend measures to be taken. We can also assist you in prioritizing the 'To Do' list. If you need a full written report, ask for a Home Inspection.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
1.5-2.5 hours, depending on the size of the home.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
$175 for the first hour, $100 for every hour after that.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY OF THE CONTRACTOR SERVICES?
No, it would be a conflict of interest. We can provide you with a list of trusted contractors if you need recommendations.
