Carbon Monoxide & Gas leaks can often mimic symptoms of allergies, the common cold, and other respiratory reactions, including asthma.
WHAT DO WE LOOK AT?
We test all gas appliances (stove, furnace, water heater, fire place, etc) for carbon monoxide and their supply pipes for gas leaks - from the meter to the appliances, where ever accessible.
WHO SHOULD HAVE A CO & GAS LEAK TEST?
Any home with gas appliances should be tested for CO and gas leaks. Even "small" gas leaks can contribute to chronic health issues. If you have sensitivities, allergies, asthma, small children, elderly or anyone who has a chronic illness, or if you have unresolved symptoms that improve when you LEAVE your home, you should have a test done.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO A CO & GAS LEAK TEST?
It takes approximately 1 hour for the average sized home.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE RESULTS?
Immediate onsite results are provided. Specific gas leak locations are tagged for easy reference by repair technicians.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
$250 covers up to 4,000 sqft.
WHAT OTHER TESTS CAN BE DONE IN CONJUNCTION WITH CO & GAS LEAKS?
Adding Mold/VOC Testing will provide a broad look at a home's indoor air quality.
CAN WE DO CONDOS OR MULTI-UNIT BUILDINGS?
Yes, we can do both - though arger, more separated spaces require more time.
